A white sail catches the light where water and sky almost merge. The boat glides across open water, and the reflection of the sail breaks into small bright streaks over the waves. There is a direction, but no hurry.
The Silent Passage is a photographic art print in muted blue-grey tones. The dark ripples of the water give the foreground depth and lead the eye towards the soft curve of the sail. Above, the sky spreads out, still and almost without contours. The meeting between the clear sail and the dissolving horizon gives the image its particular presence.
The motif brings to mind distance, freedom and journeys where the voyage itself is allowed to take time. An art print for anyone drawn to water and open views, with a calm that holds from afar and details that invite a closer look.
Print quality and materials Printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 g/m², a heavyweight fine art paper with a matte surface and a velvety feel. Its fine, distinct texture gives the motif depth and character, with beautiful colour nuances and fine detail. The paper is acid- and lignin-free with high ageing resistance.
Production and delivery Each art print is made to order. That means a slightly longer delivery time, but also that it is printed just for you.
