The lighthouse in Skanör harbour has been given a slightly different expression. With thin blue lines crossing one another, the familiar motif emerges, almost as if someone had drawn it with a pen that never quite wants to leave the paper.

The dense strokes build up the shape and details of the lighthouse, while the looser lines are allowed to continue beyond the motif. Together with the crumpled texture of the paper, this gives the image a fine contrast between the precise and the slightly unruly.

An art print for anyone who has walked out on the pier in Skanör, or who longs for the harbour on a bright summer day. Lovely on its own or together with other motifs from the Falsterbo peninsula.
