Light refracts in the turquoise water and forms winding patterns across the whole image. Bright reflections meet deeper blue-green areas, and the surface seems to keep moving even after the moment has stopped. Clear Water captures something of what makes it so easy to linger by water, eyes occupied and thoughts somewhere else.

With no shore or horizon, the water fills the entire motif. Small ripples and undulating shapes create a detailed, almost abstract composition. From a distance the colour and the overall movement come forward; up close, the finer drawings of the light appear.

A photographic art print that brings to mind sun-warmed days and the first cooling swim. The clear tones add freshness and colour, and look especially good alongside wood, linen and other natural materials.

Printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 g/m², a heavyweight fine art paper with a matte surface and a velvety feel. Its fine, distinct texture gives the motif depth and character, with beautiful colour nuances and fine detail. The paper is acid- and lignin-free with high ageing resistance.
